Retired from outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. I was a Physical Therapist Assistant and Practice Manager. I also hold a Massage Therapy Certification from Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies. I was born with a complicated orthopedic condition that I rarely spoke about in any real way. No longer being an employee allows me the freedom to discuss it here.

Try to stop saying "toxins", I did and I immediately started to feel better!
I've eaten bee pollen, been prescribed Chinese Herbs, replaced my poison frying pan, tossed my seed oils, used my microwave less and trashed my lotions to regain my health and none of it made a greater impact than developing my meditation practice
